Today, you get to meet Candice. Not only is she super talented and creative, but a master at paper quilling. Or anything that has to do with paper, really. Her other talents include baking chocolate chip cookies and busting out some mean dance moves. She's also one of Electra's awesome graphic designers.

  1. What is your name and title? Candice Warner, graphic designer
  2. Where is your hometown? San Diego, CA
  3. How long have you worked at Electra? 3 months
  4. What was your first paying job? Einstein Bros. Bagels… Forever one of my weaknesses
  5. What are 3 words that describe Electra to you? Colorful, bold, smiles, rule-breaker [Editor's Notes: Candice is the rule breaker naming 4 words when we only asked for 3.]
  6. If you were an Electra bike, which one would you be? Townie Balloon 8D EQ tricked out with a basketflower, and bell of course. LOVE the matte black look and the roomier frame of the men’s bikes. Guilty pleasure.
  7. What is the best part about your job? Have you seen what cool stuff we get to design? My job is more fun than 99% of all jobs. I love the creative freedom here, and that all these different design styles and colors come together to create a look that is uniquely Electra. It’s also rare that the non-creatives support that level of creativity. Can’t beat it.
  8. What is your favorite movie or TV show? Breaking Bad is the best series I’ve ever seen. It didn’t even have a disappointing ending! How cool is that!
  9. Cookies or cupcakes? Chocolate chip cookies that are gooey on the inside and just a little bit crispy around the edges.
  10. What is your personal motto? It’s a tie between: “I’m not a businessman, I’m a business, man.” and “Work hard, play hard, nap hard.”
  11. If a celebrity had to play you in a movie about your life, who would you want to play you? J-Law
  12. What is one unwritten rule of biking? Always yield to cute little puppies - they have the right of way, even if it makes you fall over.
  13. What three items would you want to have if you were stranded on a deserted island? A friend or family member, a kick-ass tiki hut, and endless cold champagne.
